we are thiking of have a social meet in a pub in ayrshire as its always up glasgow way, we would pay for the hall in hotel,
anyone think this is a good idea lets hear your thoughts, and we may go ahead with this, something diffrent for a change in ayrshire area |

I enjoyed the recent Glasgow one so much that I'd be tempted for a wee jaunt to Ayrshire too. Depends on date and location, and the availability of somewhere cheap and cheerful to stay. |

need more names, as only counted 20, need at least 50 as hall holds 100 people, or can have the bigger hall hat holds 2 hundred, invite your friends, there is a travel lodge close to venue thats also low cost to stay over  |

Ok looks like it is either going to be 26 Nov - 3 or 10 Dec - all are sat nights as i think this would be better.
It will be in a private function room in a pub around Killmarnock - that all im giving out. Tickets will be around £5 each. Am looking at getting a karaoke as we think this will be good fun. Times will prob be around 8pm till 12:30 for closing at 1am.
We can get a hall that takes either 100 or 200 ppl so to make it worth it would need at least 50ppl but hoping for over a hundred as better fun and better room lol.
This is not a charity event just a night to enjoy new and old friends however any moneys left over will be donated to a charity close to Jans heart either the hospice or to crossroads who both help her so much with the care for her dad. |

Ok Function room is booked for the 26th November could not get the following week then i think it is getting too close to Xmas. if anyone requires a lift on the night, myself (davy) ad ayrscpl4fun (mick) can come and collect you, just a donation towards petrol and to the charity,,, message either myself or mick to arrange pick up from your choice of place, up to 50 miles from ayrshire, |
