I use them to say I like what I see but I’m not messaging you as I don’t want to pester you with a message.
I get a fair few from guys, on the very rare occasion I’ve had a wink from a lady then it really cheers me up and I always thank them. |

I don't acknowledge winks I'm afraid, but I'm definitely not arrogant. It takes long enough to try & reply to messages. I suppose I also never know how to respond

I did previously on my old couple profile, usually by messaging to say thank you, but often the message was read & not replied to, so just stopped after that as was getting a bit confused by it all. Lol.

I always reply to my winks even if it's to say a polite no thank you but the ones who interest me, I have had some nice conversations with and I've met some really nice guys. It's nice to be nice after all and good manners don't cost anything. They are always so pleased that I get in touch too x |

Winks are one of the many tools the site offers when using the site. it lets someone flag up an interest, you can use it or ignore it with no offence given or taken... personally I like that we have such an innocent, inoffensive way to say hi... and it might even lead to something wonderful |
