Hi Folks...

This new thread has been opened for all things concerning this social....thanks..!!

Well now that the festive season is all but a distant memory i think it's time we thought about putting another social together...

The date for this will be Saturday 24th March and will be based in a private venue near Glasgow City Centre...this will be a NON playing event...

There will be a theme for this but as with all our socials is not compulsory...

So all you rockers out there come along and Rock The Ages with us...!!!!

Taking payments for this now for verified users and will be set at £12pp paid by paypal and any monies left from this event will be donated to charity....Please contact me by pm for details..

Lynyrd Skynyrd, Cheep Trick, Forigner, Runaways/ Joan Jett, Bob Segar and the silver bullet band , white snake , Eagles, Girl school, the Rolling Stones, the Who, led zeppelin, REO Speedwagon, Bruce Springsteen, Nils Loftgrin, Helloween,Styxx, Greta van Fleet, the Clash, Bowie, the Darkness, the Dammed, Fleetwood mac, Scorpions, Status quo, Boston, Chicago, E.L.O, ELP, Heart, Genesis. Etc hope this helps I sure that you have most of these bands.

I would have been classed as a goth in my youth I guess but these days I just say I’m a rock chick lol scott on the other hand is a complete metal head and listens to stuff even I’d say was screaming down a mike !! But that’s me showing my age ha ha

From the looks of the other forum comments I’m taking it it’s more a soft rock 70s/80s possibly early 90s music and style rather than the head banging, mosh pit music I used to crave

Oh and pm us anyone who wants to meet up for pre social drinks

Thankyou for a brilliant night from Myself and my Burd MsTree . Was so good to meet some of the old crowd you know who you are and new faces too. I sat in the corner all night behaving myself with the exception to the man I near on gave a Glasgow kiss cuz he was in the ladies and I didn't have a tena lady with me lol .
