Going by what it says on CJs profile, don't think it's exclusive cougars and cubs. Which makes sense, since they wouldn't want to turn down their usual Saturday night crowd. Maybe they've got one of the downstairs areas as cougars and cubs theme or something. Not too bothered either way, I'm planning on having loads of fun that Saturday x |

You may have a club and have used the name cougarsandcubs but I’m pretty sure the words cougar, cubs, and are all part of the English language that any is free to use no one is try to plagiarise the name of your club and I’m 100% sure you were not the first to come up with the idea of a cougar and a cub so in this instance I’d say pipe down, stop threatening legal action and use spell check if you do want to be taken seriously.
Omg this site is honestly getting terrible for silly comments and trolling in my opinion!! For a site that’s meant to be for open minded people I’ve noticed more and more that it’s keyboard warriors/gangsters and judgement ......

Otherwise every kid storytellers and writters would be trembling in their shoes at the threat of a law suit!

Well I did a search on trademarks under the category 45. Personal and legal and social services and cougarsandcubs isn’t there. It’s not a registered trademark and therefor anyone can use it. You would find it difficult to trademark any theme night unless it was unique to your club. Unless you have any evidence to show that you own the trademark then you don’t own the right to the name. |
