Having lazy day in bed scoffing chilli drinking beer - trying to sort out a daytime meet for Tuesday as I’m watching The Ireland game - sadly I think it will be England by at least 15 points - I just hope Finn Russell turns up today and plays unless his performance v France |

"As good as Scotland were England were equally as bad"
That was a full strength England team... we're still down a couple props. They weren't bad... just no plan b and rocked up thinking we'd be shit. We exploited inherent weaknesses in their team... no proper backrow balance /scavenging openside... susceptible to going wide quickly ... make them play at a high tempo |

Scotland played well and competed hard with England in all aspects of the game and not allowing England to slow the game down, which is their usual tactic, resulting in Scotland being on the front foot and England not having a plan B. |

I've been watching Scotland alot more over the last 7/8 years and they've easily been the most improved team in world rugby. The 1st result against Wales was a shocker but credit to the lads. Some bounce back

Totally Agree
Can I just mention folks it was the famous rugby commentator Ian Robertson's last official game yesterday and what a way to go. Your voice goes hand in hand with rugby mucker. Listened to that great voice is some amazing games growing up and you know how to bring a boring game to life.
Tips hat |

Given the state of wee Greig in the video I suspect he didn't do much yesterday!
Except sew the buttons back on his shirt |

He's more likely to have sewed them to his fingers in that state! |

Calm down folks. It was only a win and Scotland will still be fighting for the spoon. Yes you deserved to win and England were poor but jeez you'd think you'd won the world cup (which you've never done or even been to a final)
Teams win lots of times but don't dine out on it for months unlike Scotland. 2 wins in a 6 nations isn't something to be proud of really is it??? |

It's all about knocking the wind out of the smug, arrogant sails of English rugby, and the media. Winning the Calcutta Cup was just a bonus. |

Well I don't think Rugby is boring. I loved the game, was amazing, exciting, nerve-racking from start to finish.
For me in every sport there are games which are door and boring but with Ian's commentary he could make any one game that is boring, sound amazing and exciting.
I think if you see the other guy's comments in other posts gives you an inkling on why he made that comment |

Don't think England were poor at all. World number two ranking...confident proud and expecting the win. They were however out classed on every part of the field, completely running out of ideas and heart... 25:13 crushed! |
