I would say no! I believe a lady has to be 40 and over to be considered a cougar. So a cub could not be the same age!

Well, not according to that scale posted above. I just went for at least 10 years age gap. Don't think the rules should be too strict though

If you have a vagina, you are shagable as long as you have a pulse. Men have a "Use By" date stamped on them.

Are you sure the pulse is required I thought as long as body still warm ?

Guys actually have a best before date use by sounds like no use after the date best before still means they can do somethings just not as good as when they were younger .
