Aberdeen Spring Social - 14th April 2018

Hi all
The next Aberdeen social is on the above date and will be held in a private function room near the city centre. The actual details will be sent the day before
Cost will be £10 per person which is including the venue, some nibbles and also a dj. There will also be a raffle on the night and some party games
The usual rules will apply in that this is a social event in a public place and there is no playing - cheeky snogs are allowed
What you do afterwards is up to yourselves 
Verified people only at the event and you will be given the PayPal details. If you are non verified then you can contact myself or Hex and we can sort something out so you can meet one of us to give payment and you will get verified at the same time
I’ve had to pay a deposit which is returnable if there is no damage so obviously I’d like this back so I can put it with our raffle money for charity
Looking forward to catching up with old friends and making new ones

Good luck with the social guys! Never easy to arrange so hope people appreciate the effort being put into arranging it!!

No point in going to this social event because if you dont fall into line with the "click" that run it, you get kicked out of the social chat room that was set up for the last social. Such a shame as i met some nice people there but i'll not be dictated to by certain folk who i can and cant be with on fab!! Keep your social guys your welcome to it. |

The chat in question was an optional extra for those that were going to the last social to get to know each other before hand , the social is past and the chat is just random now and people have just stayed on chatting , there will be a new one for the next social nearer the time , in the meantime inactive people who no longer chat will be periodically removed and when next social comes up there will be a fresh chat thanks , there’s no room for stirrers or drama queens , fab has enough of them already |

I have heard off this click but have always been told there isn't one , if i mind it sll stemed from The Club but no-one ever confirmed this due to this click not being a click but now i am happy as i thought i was just imagining it .  "
The word ur looking for is clique not click. I have a large cirlce of friends iv made over my 3 years on fab whom iv met thro attending socials. It started by going along to a social where i didn't know anyone. B4 attending socials id heard of the "clique" and oh now im part of the paranoid people's "clique". It's really exciting. We meet for coffee have the odd night out and guess what?? We try and make newbies on the site welcome by saying to join us for a coffee as others did to me. After a disastrous relationship I now have some lovely friends. I don't call them a clique I call them friends. Oh and iv never been to the club!!! Abzquine and hex are trying to arrange an event for everyone to mix and have fun like the last social, not get abuse about rumours and put people off with nasty comments. It's daunting going along to get ur ticket for ur 1st social but the organisers don't bite (i dont think) |

Listen, yes you are right, the word is clique and not my stupid spelling of it! The last social a couple of weeks ago was my first social. I was nervous and considered not to go, but the idea was to put myself out there and say hi, I'm an honest single guy looking to meet like-minded folk. And I did meet some very nice people at the social, and thoroughly enjoyed my night and appreciate all the effort that went into organising it. I was all set to go to the next one but had a disagreement with one of the admin folk who then try to tell me what I could and couldn't do, and was then excluded from the chat room. I've been on fab for years now I'll see who I want on and off the site, and now that's cleared up I hope it's put to bed. Absquine (who I met at the social) is a lovely lady and is organising the next one in April and I don't want to dis her hard efforts to get this going so please don't go because of my opinion, go and make your own minds up about it. |

Following on from the cancellation of the organised social we are having an informal night out still on the 14th in Aberdeen city centre
Details will be released on the afternoon to anyone who would like to attend. Please private message me if you are interested - this is the only way you will be notified on the day. Places are limited for this night
There will be no information handed out before this so please don’t ask for venue details as they won’t be given
