I was wondering if there are and make up artists on here in and around the Dundee area? I don’t go out dressed so I would need someone to come to me.

I googled make up artist Dundee and got bout 20 that came up on facebook. Don't know if they are mobile or not but you could phone them and try x

I would try Hair and beauty bay Dundee. There are lots of makeup artists advertise there services.
