I know what you mean though, doesn't happen if smothered in cream and fruit - honest

Don't like pancakes (or anything sweet) but may have an omelette for tea, just to enter in to the spirit of things to some extent

For pancakes it has to be maple syrup. Maybe some strawberries and cream. Daughter likes Nutella.

I always make crepes with lemon and sugar. Might have to practice before Tuesday
