Right folks,where would you say best place for a friday/saturday getaway,not glasgow or edinburgh though looking for a wee change, somewhere with decents pubs maybe with a good chance of mrs getting chatted up or more |

Belfast is a great shout, never been but heard good things " flights cheep as chips and such a great city |

Ive just googled it,looks absolutely awesome but might be a nightmare depending on weather at this time of year to get there from east coast |

If the ski centre is open Aviemore can be very busy at this time of year. |

You can get flights for a tenner to Dublin and Belfast. Not been to Belfast but heard its a great night out. Dublin is brilliant. If you can go when the rugby is on its awesome. Also Newcastle. Was bouncing when we were there x |

Yeah dundee is good, lot of decent pubs and restaurants, quite a few new hotels being built just now as well |
