You eirher want a proffesional massage therapist or a proffesional hooker. Not both. It's mildly said "annoying" when guys think they can ask for a hand job. Would you ask any other proffesional person, like your barber, for it?! 
I work part-time as a massage therapist for years now. And found it as a big problem and it keeps me away from going full time! I didn't have to invest few thousand pounds and study for 2 years and several cpd courses to give a hand job. Doesn't matter of the money offerd!
