I want to say Merry Christmas to all the loved ones who sadly passed away
I lost my dad this year and that was really hard to go through and today is gonna be hard to sit around for Xmas dinner as my dad was the live and soul round the table with his banter
So to all those who have lost family members raise a glass and wish them a heavenly Merry Christmas |

"Lost both my parents now
But always a bit saddened this time of year too
My dads birthday was 20th Dec
My mums was 31st Dec
So always a bit mixed emotions
Ian"
**hugs**. I hope you both managed to have a good Christmas and to see you both soon. X |

Hugs to all of you. A colleague lost her husband this year. He was 31 and diabetic. To be widowed so young is unimaginable.
I have messaged her and she knows I’m thinking of her.
Many of us struggle for various reasons but it’s always comforting to know someone is thinking of you. |

We lost Katie's Gran this year so yesterday was a bit saddened by emotion. It was also a celebration of all the wonderful memories she gave to the family. Big hugs to you all xx |
