Our family are older and decided they don't need us now lol. We have friends that we meet at CJs   Just the same as heading out to any other event at New Year.

I'm hoping my kids wanna spend time with me at Xmas n new year but not holding my breath as I know all their pals will want their attention.
No matters, I'll still hang around for them even if they decide on last minuite to see me

I don’t usually stay up for the bells years of working then young kids so I was never fussed. But kids went away so We went to the masked ball that was on last year and it was brilliant.

We went last year to the new year masquerade ball and it was ok but was really disappointed they never made a big deal of the actual bells. People were just walking round then suddenly realised the bells had come and gone. Tip for the club , great night but get a huge countdown going involving all your guests . We would have rated it way way better had that happened. |

If I didn’t give you a new year kiss then you must have been the only one lol I tried to go round everyone but it was sooo busy and it was great to see friends Iv known for years and ofcourse meet new ones. It was a great night thanks Cj- Michelle and the team. Hope it went smooth at your end as well x |

It was a good wee Night for us, we had to leave early otherwise would of stayed longer. It was a good atmosphere and everyone looked great and some new faces. The buffet was excellent! A lot of work was put in to it. Xx |

I didn’t attend last night to play just to socialise with all my old friends and make new ones so I was one of many dressed boring and had a great night regardless. There is no expectation to dress down even at a swingers club unless specifically requested at any club Iv been to but there might on occasions be rules to dress down in certain areas but if your only socialising there is no need and no expectations. |

Couldn’t agree more with this comment - everyone is there to feel relaxed in a non judgemental environment, there was a theme for the evening last night which was “tinsel, ties or tiaras” no mention of lingerie and certainly no expectation of that. No idea why this comment was needed other than someone sounding a little bit creepy |

In response to someone’s post, yes there was a countdown this time! Luckily we made it back down from our playtime upstairs to do so
I was wearing wine coloured ‘boring’ dress as someone else mentioned but had new sexy underwear that I’d bought at recent fab-hosted Anne summers night so, it’s not always obvious!
Ian had kilt on as well as smart bow tie.
Had a great time catching up with old friends and making new ones; brilliant start to 2018!

We were all trying to cram into the dance floor next to the bar very cosy and the count down was on a screen so we all count down together from 10 which made the night and brought everyone together.. think I kissed nearly everyone down stairs lol x |

Unlike some of the clubs in England that have a dress down policy at a certain time Cjs has always been our choice of venue for the fact that you can wear a nice dress or something in keeping with the theme of the evening. Upstairs in the rooms people will be in underwear or less, in my opinion it makes for a friendlier and less pressured environment. I thought everyone was looking fantastic!!!
