Have you ever been Chatting to someone, get along really well, maybe even go on a date/meet, maybe two meets/dates, then suddenly they disappear and go quiet?

Heard a segment on Radio 1 just now, they called up a guy live on national radio and said "why did you not turn up for your date?" And got him to talk the woman directly on air...

super awkward!!! But at least the woman got an answer.

How needy and desperate does that come across as though? The guy should've just hung up.

I've done it and had it done to me but I'm just lazy at maintaining contact with randoms ... if u really liked someone alot u would make the effort tho I'd expect

Way super awks! What was the answer? Does seem needy. Id take someone going quiet just means there not interested and move on.
