Never tried it, but looks like it could be fun for a try + pretty harmless although cleaning up afterwards would be a pain so do it at someone else's house

dont think the eating is necessary and im pretty sure its not just foodstuff there was a channel 4 documentary on it a few yrs back most actually did it on webcam for silly amounts of money
