Yeah I'm definitely the same most of the bars ect are closed and if they are open its mostly Turkish people there not interested in us scotts it's OK during the day but at night I'm so board hotel miles away from everything too x |

Im going on holiday next year, alone, wooohooo and there is no way I'll be o here saying I'm bored lolllllll
I'd be gloating, The Op's away at the right time, weather shit and really cold so if we could all go on holiday the exact time its bad weather, wouldn't that be great.
the only reason I would be online in Fab when on holiday was to gloat, but I wouldn't gloat, honest

it's brilliant, the holiday for you, just chill and do what you want.
Im always up early every morning o holiday and go for a good hard run, sets me up for the day and then in the afternoon another run, but hey thats one of the things I enjoy and get off on, each to their own but going on holiday by yourself is pure class.
but Im doing this knowing Ill be going on holiday wit my kids later, so it's all good

I've travelled alot on my own an although I love it it does get a bit boring at times and i get homesick after a week so I'd be on my phone looking for people to chat too as well ... if also be well gloating |

I love going on holiday & keeping in touch with the Fab Forumites. Some years ago I uploaded a couple of series pics with themes (Where’s The Beer/Where’s The Beach etc). You can go on holiday, still enjoy your “me” time & keep in touch with Friends back home in the dreich weather.
Most everyone in my Friends List enjoyed the fun, with only one wise ass mailing me to say my holiday must be shit if I’m on Fab. Like in the 21st Century you can’t sit by a private pool, or take amusing pics to upload when you’ve got free Wifi or Data allowances. WTF - I blocked him, got on with enjoying the sunshine, the pool, trips out exploring, beers, relaxing & giving friends a laugh.
Just enjoy your holiday away from the pishing rain back home OP. |
