As I was making a wee batch of honey and orange cupcakes I wondered what's the preference of the forum's s cake fanciers?
Obviously nobody would stoop so low as to offer a supermarket bought one, would they? |

I'd be happy to judge the GFBO, I might not have to cold blue eyes or steel grey beard of Paul Hollywood, but I do a good Pasteis de Nata when I taste one.

I bake gluten free and often egg free or lactose free too my daughter has celiac disease. |
