I'm considering going to the TV/CD afternoon party in October. Has anyone on here been before ? I'm new to crossdressing so it would be my first time being dressing anywhere other than my house. Just want to know if any of you think it would be good for someone new to dressing to go along ? . I like fact that you can get help with makeup, wigs, clothes, I'm screaming out for help with some of that stuff.

I'd love to go this Thursday but I'm not quite ready yet sadly. By next month i should have a few outfits to wear and had some practice walking in heels etc

Its probably nothing like you expect it to be.
Its very relaxed and everyone is friendly and welcoming. There is no pressure to play and no judgement about what your wearing or whether you can walk in heels.
I was desperate to go today but just too busy at work again (meaning i havent been since january). Once you go you will wonder why you were worried and didnt go sooner. |
