Cycling is a mixture of TTs up to 50 miles. But mostly 10s. A few road races and Crits one day I'll finish my accreditation at Glasgow and do track league. Running 5k to half Mara with some hill running thrown in.
I used to do triathlons, up to Ironman but can't be arsed with all the training theses days. |
