I don't tend to sleep much. Maybe a couple of hours max at any one time. Reading, Candy crush, Word with friends and a perv on fab helps bore the bejesus outta me which in turn sends me back to the land of nod.

Lately I've found other distractions at silly o'clock and that knocks me out
