Heights.

Taken up hill climbing and bagged a few Munros but cannot do ledges or anything where I see the drop.

I hate being scared of anything.

I used to be afraid of heights, so I took up rock climbing.

Water... so I qualified as a kayak coach.

Confined spaces... became a cave leader.

I don't think I was ever phobic as such, but the worst was definitely going caving, especially when I moved on to "sporty" caves... ones with water in... a few times I had to spend time sat quietly before I could go on, or back.
