Mines ....Rats... I'd run a mile"

Think events in Charlotsville demonstrate that terror is not unique to any one faith. Those who preach violence in the name of any religion are not true practitioners of their creed. |

"Walking into a fab event and finding my ex there gives me the fear
Especially if she is clearly having the time of her life!!!"
Nah, I think she had that on the same day as me, when the divorce came through |

I agree with you fundamentalism of any kind is dangerous and wrong. However I also think we are living in a time where religious fundamentalism in parts of the world has never been so strong..its very worrying |

Religous fundamentalism (ISIS, Al Qaeda) and idealogical fundamentalism (EDL, Britain First, American Freedom Party, Golden Dawn) are equally repugnant with the latter groups identifying primarily as Christians. The things they have in common are hate, ignorance and intolerance. |

I don't see a difference. They all preach love, and they all practice hate. |

I hate being scared of anything.
I used to be afraid of heights, so I took up rock climbing.
Water... so I qualified as a kayak coach.
Confined spaces... became a cave leader.
I don't think I was ever phobic as such, but the worst was definitely going caving, especially when I moved on to "sporty" caves... ones with water in... a few times I had to spend time sat quietly before I could go on, or back. |
