got "bumped" this afternoon. agreed to meet up with someone, drove all the way through to theirs, they could see my car from wherever they were hiding, but then totally blanked any phone calls or texts i sent. Feel absolutely sick and kind of makes you think twice about this site! Not even a text to explain the change of heart! Anyone else think this is pish behaviour? |

its terrible behaviour neil.. but unfortunatly it happens on this site  dont let it get you down thou and dont tar everyone the same... theres more good folks than bad on this site so stick in there  xxx |

Don't worry Neil, it's not you. We have all been there. I have been stood up on various occasions and it's always more frustrating than the last time.

been there and its a nightmare and makes u feel like crap...but hey u just gotta pick ureself up and remember not every one is like that and there are genuine peeps on here |

Ive been lucky (so far ) and everyone ive met has been really nice as well as punctual.
I know you are not allowed to name & shame but a private mail would be appreciated . |

this site isnt the only place that is guilty of this behaviour. I personally now have a rule that if you dont turn up for a meet with me - or are not who you say you are - then it be the last time you get a chance with me.

Happens, dont make it ok, or acceptable, but it happens, did you talk prior to meet via phone? Do they have the reassuring green tick on profile and even better, verifications from others saying how genuine they are too?. No tick, then dont even get in the car.If zero explanation from them, you ignore and move on, if as is possible,things, circumstances beyond their control made it impossible to answer phone,(company) and especially impossible to answer door to you then give it 24hours,but lookin like timewan,,, oops timewasters.
As example, i had couple arrange to meet, but i had to say, cant do it cause my dog got ill between me saying luv to meet and him falling ill,inspite of my calling to explain etc, they have me as a blocked/timewaster,timewasters generally dont even try to explain, they just say nowt.

has happened hun.. and will continue to... i even gave one guy a second chance.. and he blew it.. he's still asking if i have forgiven him yet......can u guess the answer?? good luck in future meets xx |

it happens, not nice at all but it will still continue to happen. Fair enough we all cant promise to never cancel a meet for whatever reasons, but that is pish and a disgusting way to treat other people.
welcome to fab, its not the site thats at fault, all the other swingers sites have this type of thing happening, just keep the chin up |

i had same thing happen to me not long after joining--txts and callss all way to glasgowish couldn't find actual street then had a call saying sorry have a gf --end of convo. took me nearly 2 hours to get there with roadworks etc.
was majorly pissed off so decided to drop in to the tattoo shop and get the one i wanted on way home lol |

I must admit I've been very lucky that only one person has cancelled after plans were made and they let me know in the morning.
Maybe I'm just harsh but I tend not to give second chances, unless they've cancelled for genuine reasons - and I've heard from them after they've cancelled.
To repeat everyone else so far, it does happen but you will find the genuine people who will show you how good a meet can and should be x |

yep seems that although this is an adult site SOME (as a minority )ppl just far from adult in their behaviour .this not only goe for meets but messaging too . sometimes ppl change their minds about a situation ,or your not quite what they were exspecting ect ect but for goodness sake dont take much for someone to just bite bullet and tell person!! only thing id keep im mind hun is what goes around comes around!! then that person will have no reason to bleet when its done to them and only matter of time it will !!
id rather person said straight up that im not their type or no longer wanna talk or mesaage rather than wasting mytime or theres by contacting them .at least you know where you are then and can move on. at end of day you only wanna talk to ppl who want to talk to you and meet ppl who wanna meet you .may stop ppl from leaving sites if ppl kept this in mind .
as for you being stood up ...hun their loss!!! jus keep the faith x
