Fell off the fitness wagon during the holidays and starting my running and diet back on Monday.
What are your plans for Monday?

I've been doing slimming world for 11 weeks and lost a stone been running but got an injury which is going to need surgery now so not allowed to do anything hard impact, I've tontry swimming, cycling, rowing machine in meantime so will need to change my routine a bit |

Be fine just need to change my routine will miss my wee runs though.
But seeing the differences in my clothes in just a few weeks is the biggest motivator, I've dropped 2 dress sizes and I saw someone at work I'd not seen for ages yesterday and first thing they said was wow how much weight have you lost it proper puts a spring in your step |

That's fantastic. The weight loss part, not the injury. 80% is down to diet only 20% is exercise. Well done, might have to join you! |

I have lost 2stone since last September and kept my old trousers. Always a boost to look at them lol

Been finding my clothes getting tighter since kids broke up.out all the time picking at stuff.we get such long hols.off since june |

"I HAD intended on being strict with my DAFNE stuff, but a leftover bowl of chicken pasta has put a halt on that (at least for lunchtime today). Other meals I'll be on it strictly.
