MR CHEF5182 HAS GENEROUSLY OFFERED UP FOR AUCTION A DINNER COOKED BY HIMSLEF FOR 4 PEOPLE EITHER AT HIS HOUSE OR THE WINNING BIDDERS HOUSE
DUE TO NOT WANTING TO TAKE UP TO MUCH TIME ON THE NIGHT OF THE SOCIAL WITH THIS WITH CHEF'S PERMISSION WE HAVE DECIDED TO PUT THE AUCTION IN THE FORUMS.. THIS ALSO GIVES OTHER SCOTLAND CHATTERS WHO NOT GOING THE CHANCE TO BID
SO WHO WOULD LIKE TO HOLD THEIR OWN PERSONAL DINNER PARTY WITH A GREAT CHEF DOING YOUR COOKING WHILE YOU CAN SIT BACK AND RELAX :D
REMEMBER THIS IS FOR CHARITY AND HOPEFULLY A GOOD CAUSE SO LET THE BIDDING COMMENCE....

Who ever wins gets to choose the menu, however as a taster of things that are possible here is a sample menu:
Mushrooms filled with haggis and coated in tempura batter served with a fresh spicy salsa
Pan fried venison served with sweet potato dauphiouse and seasonal veg
Lemon posset with shortbread
coffee, and chocolates
