Hardly ever....
In the past ive looked at a wink and liking the look of the profile winked back,to me this is a green light for "yeak ok message me then"....the odd thing is many of the winkers don't, they'd just rather go through an endless circle of fabbing pics and repeatedly winking...
All I think is "fantasist" and just lose interest.... so now i rarely even look at winks.. |

I should add though that i do not like a wink in real life.
Just find it a bit odd when someone winks!! Like, what are you supposed to do back in that situation?! |

I use winks and I agree that they can be a sign that there is mutual interests if you get winked back.
I also understand that some people/couples get dozens and dozens of messages and spend a lot if time sifting through these and may not look at winks.
In the end use them if you like them, ignore them and you might miss someone you would like. |

A lot can start with a wink,it's the starting point for some people who dont have the confidence to direct message first,a wink back can give a massive boost and spur on that contact...wink away I say,there's no harm |
