Always found it to be person dependant. Some people really need them for the confidence boost and it just makes them sexier for it.
I think if it makes the person feel better then of course it's a good thing as it comes out in their attitude.
Short answer. No preference as long as people are happy. |

I (Hubby) LOVE Honey's big boobs but I loved her wee boobs too. Nice boobs are nice boobs, fake or not.
If different enhancements give people more confidence and feel happier about themselves, that's a good thing. Don't understand people who feel the need to judge folk for it.

Just a personal preference but I really don't like the plastic fantastic brigade it does absolutely nothing for me. Even when I'm watching porn it's always homemade stuff, real people with real body's lumps and bumps and tummys etc  |

If they are done properly. They can look quite natural and soft.
I always said i didnt like them.
Gill got hers done for her self being and happiness.
I cant complain.
Her surgeon asked if she would like, natural looking or pudding bowls. lol |

really shy woman with a stunning body, hiding it under baggy clothes is a damn shame, especially if she never acts on her desires.
If she has a procedure carried out and gains the confidence to act on the desires, good for her.
I'd like to see the natural women getting the confidence boost she needs from admirers rather than surgeons.
What knocks the confidence in the first place, leaving surgery as an answer?
And how do we fix that, surely its media driven?

Il give you ladies some of mine lol xx I've always had big boobies natural and I have been asked on a few occasions if they are real I had alot of issues with them hated being busty but I'm slowly starting to love them xx  |

I've never knowingly handled "fake" boobs, and have no issue with them, as long as they are not the overstuffed US porn star ones, that appear to point in different directìons, like Marty Feldmans' eyes.  |

I only agree with enhancements if it's for medical reasons or if there's clear issues like one breast bigger than the other and you want to get it the same etc otherwise I'm in the boat of rock what you got lol |

Well im extremely happy with mine ,think real or fake its the whole body you look at ,well I do,i take care of mine and regularly go to the gym to keep in tip top shape ,i always get attention because of my figure ,think its about the person and ,I like what I look at in the mirror in the morning |

I think that's what important! You need to be happy with yourself.
I'm not bothered what other people prefer, I've lost weight and I train hard for myself. So I feel confident and strong and I could give a hoot who likes it and who doesn't!
I may not be the "hottest" woman on here but I'm starting to like what I see when I look in the mirror and that's what's important to me!

I like natural over fake. There is always a butt. Would rather have fake over tits that are just a bit of loose skin with a nipple attached.
I only say this as I seen a woman many year ago and I went from rock hard to soft and hiding. But I mannages to recover by saying keep your underwear on as it was dam sexy underwear |

I think natural is nicer but it's a personal choice. Some people are not happy with what they have naturally and make changes to help themselves feel better which is understandable.
I don't agree with the enhancements just have the 'look at me' value, I find it shallow.
Saying that Mr is quite keen to honka honk a fake pair of boobies as he's never felt them lol |

I think it is genuinely down to the personality of the person.
Fake boobs or anything else fake does not mean you have a fake personality or means you are superficial.
We all have our preferences and make our choices. I had both natural and ladies with some enhancement body parts. I enjoy both natural and fake tits...
It does not make any difference most important is all about people s personality. If you don t fake it is it the most important thing.

If the work done isn't easy to detect then I think that's good work.
I do botox and fillers, have been doing it around 7 years now, and I wouldn't treat anyone whose doing it to please someone else. You have to assess the patient psychologically. So long as they want the treatment to feel better about themselves that's ok.
I'm not a fan of the extreme frozen look, more subtle smoothing is more what I offer. I tell patients that if someone can tell they've had work done, then I've put too much in.
Best compliment they can get is when I've treated someone and they get lots of comments but nothing about botox or fillers, just questions like 'Have you lost weight? Are you going to the gym again? Have you changed your make up? Have you been on holiday. Have you got a new man in your life? Etc etc

I'd say natural but if a woman truly hates her boobs to the point it affects her confidence then I'd totally understand getting them done. Just a nice natural size .
I'm a bigger girl and yeah it does affect my confidence but even if I could afford it I'd be too scared to get work done incase it was a botch job . |

I hate mine... and I mean hate, they are far too big. seriously considering a reduction but there is scarring (and a whole lot of other things) to consider. I'm also aware some folk love em so it's possibly my attitude that needs to change... |
