I went to my first yoga class last night and loved it.
There are loads of places that do yoga including some sports centre or gyms.
Hope you find somewhere soon x |

Mr is looking at jumping in on this, two years ago he had an accident, before which he trained hard and stayed in shape and clearly blew away any anger in the gym.
Now he cant train he is in need of gentle stimuli and learning to 'chill the fuck out' would make him relax a bit.

I think to start you need to look for a hatha yoga class to learn the basics and get use to moving in that way then move in to a more energic type like gym yoga classes and Vinyasa where if you don't know the pose you will be always behind and not getting into the pose before moving to the next.
It's a great workout and the mediation parts make a real difference to your out look all should try it |
