This may have been asked before, but as an old codger who's been with the same partner for over a decade I'm looking for help. All I know is that Viagra (generic name Sildenafil) is much the cheaper but is effective for only a few hours. Cialis (Tadalafil) cost about £10 per pill but the effects last for 36 hours. I figure the price differential is due to the lack of an available generic form of Cialis.

Cialis.... Its like a turbo charged viagra, stays in the system a lot longer than viagra so cam be taken a lot earlier, like before you even leave to meet.
Its a myth with these pills though that people walk about with a permanent lob on, you still have to be stimulated, ive tsken viagra twice, and cialis about half a dozen times.... Once visually, mentally or physically stimulated the effects are well 
But cialis is in your system 36hrs as opposed to viagras 6hrs  |

I usually try just half a tadacip pill and that can last me a full day, also another alternative pill that i also take is generic levitra only last for say 5hrs same as viagra but no hot flushes, or sore heads with these. |

Cialis patent expires November 17 so generic version should be available after that. Got a GP perscription for 8 cialis and cost £59!!! Prefer generic viagra - much more effective for me but yes lasts only 4-5 hours. |

Viagra is very good but the sides are quite strong - headache, flushing...
I love cialis, nice background hardon that lasts for 36 hours and like blue steel when aroused! And great recovery time for me. No red head. Sometimes little stuffy nosed and a little heartburn.
With cialis you need to be aroused so is no use for stage fright at a club or party. Oh and don't do like I did once, take 20mg cialis every day for three days.... It lasts 36 hours so it built up.... I had awful leg and back cramps and ridiculous indegestion.
Better still is levitra. The most recent of the pde5 inhibitors. It's like Viagra for potency ie makes you hard, but with much less side effects.

Generic versions have been on the go for years. i get 12 tadacip for £25. |

I get mine from my GP on a private prescription for 28 tablets, it costs less than ten pounds for the lot, 100mg tablets, I take one about an hour before I go out then another about four hours later, the effects last at least 18 hours, when you wake up in the morning the sex is still amazing, a bit of a headache but well worth it. |

Depends on what your doctor prescribes, if he prescribes a 20mg Cialis (Tadalafil)- you only need take half a tablet which in turn reduces cost.
very little side effects and although stimulation is required it does give effects of a semi through duration of medication
it works by works by relaxing and widening the blood vessels supplying the penis. This allows more blood in to the penis which leads to an erection whilst stimulated and also provides the semi hard on effects outwith arousal.
Viagra is much cheaper and more side effects such as
•Headache
•Dizziness.
•Visual disturbances, such as blurred vision, blue tinge to vision.
•Flushing.
•Nasal congestion.
•Indigestion
Most are prescribed for diabetes as this tends to cause erectile dysfunction in men, a much lesser known cause is "Low Testosterone" in men and testosterone does drop off as men get older.
Some men are prescribed (male) HRT (testosterone) and this totally eliminates erectile dysfunction, infact it brings older men's sexual appetite back to that of teenage years, the majority of GP's are unaware of this.
A simple blood test determines the amount of male testosterone you produce (again this drops off with age) 15 - 28.7 nmol/L is normal anyone in low teens or less may find erection difficulties due to low testosterone. |

8 vidalista cost about £20, it's a generic cialis. half a tab works a treat, and you get it delivered in a few days.
less side effects and longer lasting than Viagra |

Both work well viagra is easier on the heart and it lasts longer than the stated 4 too 6 hours i would go as far as saying if you took it at 9 pm it wouls still have a positive effect well into the next morning 8 am. You also need to watch both if suffering from low blood pressure as well. |
