I didnt realise that you are not supposed to rinse your toothbrush when you are brushing.
Apparently, you are supposed to just put toothpaste on your wet brush, brush, and then once finished rinse your brush off. So hard to do it that way though.
That may not make any sense but i know what i mean!! |

You are correct and no mouth wash for a half an hour after brushing.
I think its to let the fluoride take hold / adhere to teeth.
We brush our teeth while we are showering.

Its so hard to do though when you are used to rinsing your brush between brushes.
Everyone will be trying it now, if they are not used to trying it that way. |

My ex used to love oral after I had brushed my teeth. Said the cool mintyness made it tingle. Also tried it on me after she had just brushed and also a great feeling.
Gives Oral B a new meaning I guess. |

Another thing about toothpaste while we are on the subject. How do the mansge to improve it year in year out . Should we not get thrse scientists to investigate cures for diseases ? |

Although, i haven't ever needed to have any dental treatment so I'm sticking to my current brushing habits |
