I'll start with...
Tornfaced - someone in a grouchy mood
Oxters - armpits
Bawbag - an idiot
Please add your own favourites!

And to confuse the issue, some insults can become terms of affection - this is done by subtle nuance of tone and context in conversation... words like
Fanny, bawbag, hoor, eedjit etc  |
