I find it difficult to sleep most nights..
But ive learned there is no point in fretting over it..... so i make the most of these sleepless hours by getting up and doing things that dont make a noise...ironing, dusting, paperwork etc. Then have a cup of tea and go back to bed and more often than not i will fall back to sleep.
I sometimes take the dogs out for a walk if its a nice night but if it happens too frequently they bury their heads under their paws and ignore me.... |
