We know its a long way off but we are interested in going.

Has anyone been previously?

How was it?

Any suggestions?

If your wondering it has a website, just do a web search for the above subject.

You never know, you might see us there. (Dont worry, we understand etiquette when with others. But you can say hi.)

Usually quite good they build a viking village and dress as pretty much live as vikings for the wntire week, they do a firework display and buring of the "boat" on the last night, usually some good food stalls and its always jumping.

Oh wow, that sounds right up my alley. I know we are definitely going but that adds more hope for a bit of pagan fun also.

Thank you.

Always a decent effort next to the Viking statue on the sea front. Little huts and people dressed up.

Fab if the weather stays nice too

We are hoping it ours too. We hope with some small stalls for buying handcrafted things. We are always looking for fairs and festivals like this....not to many in Scotland.

It sounds lovely and if the weather is bad, we will all smile and fight through it in Viking spirit. Hee hee

We don't mind the rain.

I'd suggest the train if you're going for the day. There's not much parking in Largs.

Thank you again for the tips and thoughts.

This is a definite excursion for Lee, my friend and I.
