Lived overseas in a particularly warm and sunny climate for years where the sensible locals actually frown upon sun bathing for health reasons. Slip, slap, slop factor 50 every time the sun comes out lol |

I tan easily ..although i can still burn ..
I was told too apply sun cream 4 days before departing to a warmer climate as it absorbs into your skin and lifts the pigmentation giving an enhanced tan.
It ridiculously works for me.

Heard it prepares the skin before going in the sun and good tip for people with sensitive skin in the sun.
You should google, this one should be safe |

My freckles come out and then they multiply so i have a "dirty needing a wash" sort of look and eventually i start to colour.
I never sunbathe as such and always wear an extremely high factor so the only colour i get is on arms neck/face when out walking the dogs. Very aware of the risks.
