We're do man go wrong here can't get a conversation any were??

It's because most guys ruin it for genuine ones, they treat females like a piece of meat and think they can speak to women and couples anyway they want and women just can't be arsed with such immature and brainless guys thinking there gods gift.
Most days if I pop on and off here I see women getting hate mail and guys threatening women..... do they really think that's going to work. Or even there messages calling women sluts and sending idiotic messages.
I think that's why women delete or don't respond. I don't blame them, but it does ruin it for other genuine people like a said. |

whrn will folk stop blaming everyone else ........the reason you or me or anyone else dosnt meet is entirely yours or their or my own problem absolutly nothing to do with anyone else. Pretty much the same reason I wouldnt meet many I think they are asshats  |

This whining is getting SO tedious now. As has been said many times above the solution is in your own hands and no-one has any right to expect a reply.
There are a good few very good looking guys around however, so the "ugly" thing is a moot point.  |

Sums it up quite neatly really. I'd add simply terrible spelling and grammar to the point of text speak, I know some folk suffer dyslexia but unless that now applies to around 85% of the population then something really doesn't add up around here.

Feel like i got to get involved about the grammer. It annoys me to the max that other folk judge.
Me for one i struggle with writting alot of the time was never great great at reading and writting i do try my best but looks like that.
On the other hand if we were to met in a bar you wouldnt have a clue if the person had grammet issues or not ao would you have your pen and A4 bit of paper with you just incase the person you meet you like are you going to make them write a 500 letter essay.
Just dont be so quick to judge others as no one is perfect his/her grammer maybe shocking but what faults do you have if your looking out for spelling mistakes and ooo should be a comma or a period in there aswell my god.

To me, I'd like to think that I would apply some care and attention to any thing I send in terms of grammar, syntax and spelling.
It's only a case of good manners and respect for the person with whom I am communicating.
I would like to think that it is being reciprocated.
After all it is often highlighted that there is more than a need for a shear physical attraction but also an appeal for an intellectual one. |

I don't think the issue is necessarily perfectly accurate grammar, but the combination of bad grammar, text speak and poorly formulated sentences that read like (dare I say it) Ned speak. If I read a message that say:
'hey u, wit yah doin. wanna fuck or whit?'
It automatically is a turn off, whereas if it's a one off mistake in a well put together post or message then it doesn't bother me. |

Bingo, I don't expect perfection nor am I asking for a haiku in every opening message. I make mistakes myself occasionally, usually through typing too quick then not proof reading, but "How r use? We're uz lukin 2 met?!! Luhlz" is going straight in the fucking bin every damn time. |

Poor grammar is one thing but there's no excuses for incorrect spelling when your phone or laptop autocorrects most words.
The post is about getting a response and having a conversation. Witty conversation, some banter and responses that are more than two words helps. Sometimes it feels like pulling teeth and others it just flows.

A spelling mistake or misplaced comma is fine, everyone makes wee mistakes, but I don't want to have to continually channel the spirit of Alan Turing just to crack the enigma that is the "Huw iz uze tooz" standard around here. |

I don't mind too much about bad grammar and spelling. It's text speak that drives me mad! That just screams laziness!
Plus who use works like "mines" and yous", that's just my personal feelings though!
