I see offenders could now face two years in jail. Anyone ever had a problem with this and do you think stealing pictures from here to show people would count

Falkirk

There was a female prison guard from Falkirk who had naked photos of her posted over the internet.

The guy got 6 months In jail for the offence.

It's was through Falkirk or Stirling Sherrif court.

people should think first before sending naked pictures that they wouldn't like others to see, simple.

seems a bit silly to me and something i've never done, though i have had pictures sent to me without asking, and know for a fact that they regret it now lol

she ended up being a bit of smart ass, don't think she quite realized what she had done...

who knows maybe i'll send the pic's and thousands of messages to her husband some day lol

That's all very well but what about pictures that are taken together in a mutually trusting friendship and then used by one party or the other without permission? The easy way to prevent that is of course, don't do it but.....well, hindsight is a great thing. Anyway, those who betray the trust of a friend deserve the might of the law I say. Or karma, whichever gets them first

I would never do this now matter what they done to me. I have to admit I do have some nice photos and video that I keep encrypted for my own use. As I am single I have a couple of photos that that I am allowed to use and I cover there face/tatttos and most of them hidden so friends only.

Its attitudes like yours that brought about the need for the law in the first place

I think the biggest problem is you or they agreed to the picture video in the forst place. Its the proving of no consent that would be difficult

Not really ... its very easy and very common for things to turn a bit sour when you used to sleep together and dont anymore ... emotions and egos get in the way

Its also totally normal to be pissed off at any behaviour that came out of the aftermath (which seems where you are at) ... of course people have nasty thoughts about people when pissed off

What is never acceptable ... even before a law was implemented ... is using anything (pictures, information etc not even necessarily sexual) that was given to you in a time of trust, as a weapon against someone to get revenge and make yourself feel better ... that makes someone a really shitty person in my book

It's a slippery slope going down the route of outing someone and there are prison sentences for that kind of behaviour now

If you put pics or vids of other people that put them at risk of being recognised you deserve legal punishment.

You'd also deserve a bloody slap. It's a shite thing to do

I was told a couple year ago that a certain host on here who used to hold gang bangs was videoing the sessions and they apparently turned up on fab guys.

I was a lone female on a few occasions at these gang bangs and I did query all the little lights on the book cases at the both sides of the room. I think I might be in videos being handed out but Iv never seen any!
