I never finished outside the top 10 in any of the Rat races I've competed in.
I was also the Captain of a world championship team.
And I have a fascination with listening to the piano . |

I started training in martial arts 50 years ago.
Played junior football but almost signed for an SPL team
Have won two under 18 Scottish National Boxing titles
I am a practicing Buddhist and just started my own Therapy business
