Hi - we're looking to go to CJ's for our 1st time next Sat (18th) Any advice on where best to stay for the night relatively close by ? Thanks

Now that you've posted, other people may reply saying that they are going. We went for the first time a few weeks ago and had an amazing time. We met up with a few couples that we were speaking to from the forums (also met up for a drink in Glasgow pre-cjs so we didn't have to go in alone). Everyone was really friendly and put us at ease. I would definitely go back! Have fun! X |

Hi we have been once before. We are looking at going on 18th too . It's only £5 from city centre in taxi so lots of hotels to choose from .

hi we were there last weekend we stayed at the Victorian house on Renfrew Street, booked thru booking.com was£50 for the night, nice place and great brekkie, we also used Uber cabs to get too and from CJs only cost us £6 total there and back, hope this helps  |

We shall be there this Saturday  couples nights for us are the best nights but it all depends what you are looking for  we enjoy fun for all nights too but the couples nights are definitely a more relaxed environment and a lot more fun too

Going to be in Glasgow for weekend with the wife. Pity we bottled it and did not go last time we were down from Inverness. First time nerves got the better of us. Hope you all have a great night |

Aye a know, try telling that to a newbie I was hoping to bring along wi me, who after reading all the previous drama now isn't sure if she wants tae go or not. I've assured her nothing will happen as security is top notch and I've never once seen any bother there but it's all up in the air now thanks to some dafties using the clubs name in vain. |

Between staff and regulars the club always goes smoothly without any issues, just some folk feel the need recently to use the forum to vent so nothing to worry about plus the club is big enough for people to avoid anyone they don't like. Strict rules are in place to ensure that it's always a fantastic night
As I've always said.... use it or lose it! We've not got many options for clubs in Scotland. If you don't like the club then don't ruin it for many others who love it

Folk will always pick fault in things, yeah of course in a club like CJs there will be a few issues and clashes of personality but Caroline, Michelle and the rest of the staff do a great job and have created an amazing club in our city for us all to enjoy.
It won't be for everyone obviously but if we were all the same the world would be a very dull place.
Go to CJs with an open mind, relax and you will have a great night

Unfortunately I have been away for a few days or I would have commented to previous post sooner. Needless to say my phone never stopped with updates from everyone.
It is unfortunate that Cjs had been mentioned in previous post and for all the wrong reasons but I can assure you Cjs has never been known for any trouble at the club and it will certainly not be tolerated in the future. Cjs is somewhere you can come for a relaxed, fun night and leave your troubles at the door. Thanks for everyones support and see you at the weekend. Sat looking like a busy night. Cj xx |

Cjs is an excellent club and I can't fault Caroline, Michelle and staff or people that go there, it is a very relaxed evening and a brilliant night in a safe atmosphere, we r all adults and can behave like adults and as Caroline says leave ur troubles at home and enjoy ur evening til ur heart is content and as for a certain person mentioning cjs in an argument on the forums I told the person if they had any type or argument take it up with the person face to face and never mention cjs again as that was bang out of order and don't want Cjs getting a bad name as that's not what the club is all about and any trouble Caroline and Michelle would deal with it accordingly, today is a new day so we can all hold our heads high, enjoy our time at cjs and enjoy life as we only have one life so embrace life and also treasure life too.
