Done this once and never again. Bent over at my mothers house and she seen everything and said "your not wearing any knickers!" Don't think she has recovered yet 
I now choose to wear black pants or nude  |

I dont where any knickers under gym leggings (not that i go very often) saves them riding up while trying to exercise but they do tend to be much thicker than normal leggings so you cant see through |
