Raging how banks can charge you when you make an error but when it's time to point out their mistakes "we can make payment of guesture of good will" no thank you! Ombudsman here comes my letter of complaint!
Wondering how much help these guys will be.

Used to work for a bank and worked closely with the ombudsman, if you've rejected the banks offer of compensation then the ombudsman will take that into account and usually offer the same or slightly a tiny bit more but in most cases they side with the banks (personal / professional) experience |
