Much prefer real but its more about who they are attached to for me.could be the best pair in the world but not exactly fun if the woman as a whole doesnt do it both body and mind.JMO.

No real preference, although don't have a lot of experience with enhanced ones. Although, a friend of a friend has had hers done for a while now and they look fantastic. Only real time real would be preferred is over the stupid looking stuck on porno style boobs.
