MacMillan cancer charity have a fundraiser idea where people can host a fundraiser Murder Mystery.
Just wondered if anyone would be interested in this as a possible fun social possible play event.
Could be fun and involves dressing up in 20's outfits, cocktails and nibbles. Would need at least 10 people for this to work. I'd consider getting an apartment for this and it would be in March. It is a fundraiser so a donation to the charity would be expected but is entirely up to yourself.
Other details have yet to be worked out. I'm just gauging interest just now.
Thanks |

I didn't think this would be so popular!
I'll start looking at dates. It won't be the last weekend in March as I'm in London. Possibly the weekend before so that would be the 17 or 18 March. April might be an issue as it's school Easter holidays.
Let me know if a Friday or Saturday suits better. Hopefully there are no major sporting events that weekend.

Edinburgh School holidays starts on the 31st March and I am going back to France.
I am good for the 17th and the 18th with a preference for the Friday 17th. |

Hi
It's £15 each to cover costs payable by PayPal. There will be an element of participation as well. Hope you don't mind dressing for the evening. It's set in the 20's so I will hopefully get some props.

Woohoo Murder Mystery pack has arrived.
Looking forward to this fun night.
Fantastic apartment booked and the opportunity to dress up if you want. An opportunity to overact and be Poirot or Marple whilst enjoying a few drinks and meeting new people |

Last request for any interest. If you've already requested details and want to come please pay by Tuesday.
I will not be accepting any late requests to come to the social from people who have not been in touch.
If this goes well then I may do another.
Thanks to all those who have confirmed. x |

Think I'll just get a big trench coat and a rainbow coloured long scarf turn up late and say I've already been here in a different dimension and solve it Dr Who style!! With my able bodied assistant of course.
D&K
Hopefully all goes well and we'll get to the next one |

Thanks to falcon and everyone who made tonight a great laugh. Glad we raised some pennies for a worthwhile cause, and had fun along the way. Away to my bed..... .
We are going to invest in shares in Jenga as I think they will start selling fast

Last night was great. Lovely group of people that entered into the spirit of the evening.
Along with donations I'd been given by fellow fabbers and what we raised last night the total is £102.56.
Well done everyone.xx |
