thanks for repy was hoping for someone closer as that is almost a 60 mile round trip lol

Just go for a Thai massage. Be brave though, they're strong when they feel a knot etc and go pretty hard...

Personally I would check therapists out online to see who is closest. Then check qualifications , I wouldn't just put an appointment on at a local place that does massages because some dont check for Contraintications and just massage you which can make you worse
