It was supposed to be opening in November but has been put pack so many times that they are now offering members the use of the gym in Waterloo Place until Murrayfield opens. Although it is finished and otherwise ready for business, there is a huge delay in building control approving the work because of council cutbacks. |

The cheeky buggers I joined paid membership and then when it was delayed again asked if i could use town one till it was open they said no!!! That was just last Friday So I cancelled I'm fuming now!!!! |

Has there been any indication when the new opening date will be then or not? As if they won't let you use the one in town!

No date given, had asked so many times I'm giving up tbh everything looks pretty much done, equipment in etc so must be as somebody said a sign off issue or maybe even getting license |

That's someone saying they've now changed that and are letting people use one in town!!! It's just annoying when I asked a week ago and got a flat no they've changed that. People are kicking up a stink in their Facebook page though so maybe public pressure has changed their mind, the murrayfield one would be great for me but with no indication of when it's going to open it's just a hassle |

£12 must be an opening offer as it's normally £17. There is a notice up at Waterloo Place saying you can use it if you've signed up for Murrayfield.
Cheap, but very useable. I've been going since March and it is what it is. If you want spa facilities or swimming pools, look elsewhere. |
