"I'm hopeless at arranging stuff lol,I wouldn't know where to start,best leave it to the usual suspects,an hope I notice it being advertised\posted X" Simple, just go and pic an adequate sized club or venue, find out how much it costs, find out about a buffet price and a DJ total amount and then work out how manys guests, say 20 cpls, 10 guy and 10 girls and then charge accordingly to cover costs, any extra either keep for the hassle or just give to charity. just remember to make sure you tell the venue and Dj etc.. that its for a company or summit Then advertise it on a forum post and then choose
