Well... put it like this... men outnumber women 25 to 1 (so I'm told) plus there are couples and bi/gay ladies... so your offer is a bit like trying to sell sand to the Arabs  |

I think because some men rate blow jobs so highly that they assume women love oral just as much.
Some men might love the suck and go (certainly many who grace my inbox seem to think I should feel lucky they have asked me to do this  )
However while I can't speak for all women, I'd say many of us would find only receiving oral boring and unsatisfactory. We need more and variety .

If I just wanted oral I would go see a lady I'm afraid. Oral for me and possibly quite a few ladies is foreplay. Oral then going home would be frustrating and boring...
