watched a programme on this and the key element of theoretical warp abilitys relys on so many ifs and buts (antimatter) which the believe is real due to there being a diffrence in mass to visible mass long way to go before it joins tablets and mobile phones.....same programme had a funny one on teleportation scientists believe they may have transported gas but are unsure if the recieving device didnt just make it with power consumption

Funny you should mention that. We were reading about 8 police officers that had put Jediism as their religion in a document they had to complete.

it is star trek

though the series pinnacle was stng,the new movies are ok.

starwars.......well...the old classics are great, the hype for the others was utter pish.

I love the science and exploration star trek offers(its not so prevalent in the new movies)

Tng was the best there was for Star Trek but I find the star wars films easier to watch now. Don't like TOS, voyager and DS9 were better towards series 3 and 4
