I used to have a FWB that did that. Was a little distracting the first time, but I got used to it as one of her many quirks.
My girlfriend also did it once when she was sleeping without realising it. She was disgusted when I told her to smell her fingers in the morning, and accused me of doing something to them.

I don't touch myself when I'm sleeping I eh..... I sleep wank who I sleep next to many a ex has loved it.
