road trip for fun,recommendations

looking for good fun stop sites between inverness and the midlands,travelling down a9 then across to carlisle and a66 to a1 then down to m1 etc.ideally ladies to meet,tv meets,glory holes etc.trying to pack in as much fun as possible,on the way down and on the way back up.

Depends on what part of the midlands he is going to plus the m6 is a nightmare with delays due to roadworks at the moment

It's faster to the south and much of Midlands. I do it regularly for work.

thanks for all the driving tips,the original post remains unanswered but thanks to the twat in glasgow that hijacked my post.the most direct route for where iam going is the route i have done for about 19 years..you cunt!!!!!!
