Doing two marathons was def outside my comfort zone  but glad I did, as it made me realise I can do pretty much anything i put my mind too, so yes great things come from outside yer comfort zone  |

Well supposedly the steam engine was invented after staring into the fire as a kettle was being boiled over it... so I guess yes... sometimes comfort zones are very productive   |

Indeed and in the balance
If some women many years ago had stayed within their comfort zone, women today would still be waiting for the right to vote, get into some jobs or even win nobel prizes etc...  |

i couldnt stay in my comfort zone I like to push boundries and explore not just on here but in life in general personal and work wise , I have done some serious competitions in cookery and at times I thought i can't do this its to hard the competition was fierce and things went wrong but I pushed myself and I'm so proud and pleased that i did xx  |
