When in B&Q someone brought back a tin of paint - they said they didn't like the shade and wanted a refund. They had a receipt so refund promptly give . the tin sounded a bit sploshy so we opened it afterwards only.to discover they had used ALL the paint and them filled the tin with water before bringing it back.

Very similar, not only my own office I looked after 15 office buildings throughout Scotland and Ireland including a building in Park Circus which had one tenant company in the ground floor.
I turned the top floor, with glass dome ceiling into my own private office away from the office and ran a private film studio for 6 months |
